Conditions of use
On the basis of the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP) BANKARTProcesiranje plačilnih instrumentov d.o.o., Ljubljana (hereafter " the Company ") holds copyright to the website contents in the widest sense of the word. Texts, photos, illustrations, animations, maps, audio-video recordings, web applications, and similar may not be copied, transcribed, reproduced or circulated for commerical purposes without written consent. The Act (ZASP, clauses 48,49,51) allows the use and/or reproduction of an author's work on the basis of the right of the general public to be informed, for educational purposes and for illustration, confrontation or direction in the form of quotations, but the source (working website link) and the author of the work must be cited. The Act (ZASP, Clause 50) also allows the use and reproduction of an author's work for private, non-commercial use.
The Company guarantees that, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP), it does its utmost to protect the personal data of website users and of websites themselves. This means that the Company only collects personal data when the user provides such data freely and thereby allows their personal data to be collected, kept and processed. The Company binds itself to keep and use the collected data only as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they have been collected. The Company will not disclose personal data to any other, physical or legal person, unless Bankart is bound to the disclosure of such information to a third person on the basis of mandatory legislation. In the case of cooperation with other companies performing services for Bankart (for example preparation and production of a prize game or the elaboration of a website), they will have access only to such information as is indispensable to the performance of their service. Such companies are obliged not to abuse access to the data and to use them exclusively for the performance of their activity.
Bankart and the authors of the contents of the website www.Bankart.si expect the user to honour the provisions set out and legislation in the field of privacy protection and copyright law. In the event of abuse or violation of the law they will be forced to take measures against the perpetrator.
The Company binds itself that, in good faith and within its own capacity, it will ensure the accuracy and currency of the contents published on its website. Bankart does not thereby exclude the possibility of errors incurred in the published contents. Any information provided through this website is only of an informative nature and the Company takes no responsibility for its absolute correctness.
