Meeting of the Supervisory Board of Bankart
At its 65th meeting, the Supervisory Board of Bankart assessed the operations of Bankart as satisfactory, approved the company’s business development and financial plan for the next year and discussed the report of the Internal Audit and supported the management’s efforts to continue with stable operations.
Ljubljana, 23 October 2009 – at its regular meeting held yesterday the Supervisory Board of Bankart adopted the report on the implementation of projects stipulated by the business and development plan for 2009, the report of the financial operations of the company in the first nine months of the current year, acknowledged the activities of the Internal Audit and approved the business development and financial plan of the company for the next year.
The supervisors assessed the company’s performance as good, since Bankart has successfully expanded its operations to the SEE region and joined the European clearing companies in March 2009 by establishing the SEPA ICP* payment system.Next year, Bankart’s operations will be focused above all on implementing the requirements for the operations of Slovenia in the SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) environment.
