The supervisors acknowledged the project implementation status, realisation of the financial plan in the first quarter of 2008 and the Internal Audit reports which contain the information on the implementation of the Internal Audit’s annual plan and the implementation of recommendations from the audits.
Meeting of the Supervisory Board, second this year, was held in Bankart’s premises. The supervisors examined the reports on the implementation of the business and financial plans in the first five months of the current year and established that the planned objectives are being achieved. In the first quarter of the year, 37.6% of planned investments were realised and the expenses and revenues were in line with the plan.
The implementation of Internal Audit’s annual action plan and the implementation of the Internal Audit’s recommendations are also within the planned scope. The supervisors were also presented the audit report of the company VISA which audited Bankart’s operations in March 2008, namely the segment of VISA card operations performed by Bankart.
