Supervisors acknowledge the information on Bankart’s Annual Report for 2007

 
Miran Vičič new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bankart

At the recent meeting, Miran Vičič, a member of the Management Board of NLB, was unanimously elected new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bankart while the supervisors also acknowledged the contents of the annual Report of the company Bankart for 2007 which received a positive opinion from the independent auditing house.


At the 59th meeting of the Supervisory Board (SB) of Bankart, held on 24 April 2008, Miran Vičič, who has been a member of the Management Board of the NLB in charge of branch network, marketing, co-ordination and payment systems since 16 July 2007, was unanimously elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bankart.
The members continued by examining the reports on the implementation of the business and financial plan in the first quarter of the current year, discussed the operation of the Internal Audit and acknowledged detailed information on the contents of the Annual Plan of the company Bankart for the period January – December 2007.

The profit created in 2007 amounts to EUR 671,095, facilitating adequate growth and development of the company and its capital structure in compliance with the requirements of the Bank of Slovenia, which functions as the regulator for the company Bankart as payment transaction administrator.
