Bankart expands the range of ATM services in co-operation with Abanka
TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN ACCOUNTS NOW POSSIBLE AT THE ATM
Transfer of funds between accounts at ATMs allows for a quick and simple transfer of funds between accounts without the need for a bank officer
Bankart successfully completed the development and implementation of the solution of transfer between accounts at ATM.The service enables the users to transfer funds between personal accounts opened with banks operating in the territory of Slovenia without requiring the service of a bank officer.
Abanka was the first to start implementing the solution at its ATMs, which is why for the time being, the service of transfer between accounts is only available to the clients of Abanka, users of classical BA Maestro card and only at Abanka’s ATMs.They can transfer funds from their accounts to all accounts opened in any banks operating on the territory of Slovenia.
The implementation procedure is simple.When the user selects the option TRANSFER BETWEEN ACCOUNTS, a screen is displayed for the entry of personal account of the recipient of funds to be transferred.If the user enters an incorrect number, the ATM displays a warning and asks the user to enter a correct personal account number.The user is then asked to enter the amount, which is limited to EUR 1,000.00 per transfer between accounts.
Before visiting the “actual” ATM, you have the option to try a virtual transfer between accounts – by using the simulator or watching the film that shows the transfer process.The ATM use simulator and the film are available at Bankart’s on-line classroom http://www.bankart.si/si/ponudba/upravljanje_mreze_bankomatov/ucilnica-uporabe-bankomata/.
The new service is interesting for the clients not using the on-line bank and all those wishing to transfer funds to another account in a quick and simple manner.
Bankart has already offered this service to other banks using Bankart’s ATM network.
